We have completed the development project with the Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing Cluster concerning the automation of the monitoring process and compliance with standards in the organization with the use of the auditomat® system.

As part of the pilot we launched auditomat® in Johnson Matthey - battery materials and Metal Works “Postęp” S.A. companies, thus creating conditions for the automation of conducting audits, sending reports to responsible persons, planning audits, conducting action plans through to monitoring tasks and analysis of extensive statistics on compliance with standards in the organization.

In a summary we can safely say that auditomat® in a modern way improves communication and organization in compliance with standards and thus improves the safety and quality of work in the organization.

The project participants received an original gift, a book autographed by Tomasz Król - “Lean management in Polish”. Wishing them an interesting reading and good luck in implementing changes, we would like also to thank them for their commitment, time and active participation in the joint project.
